Physical Education

Physical Education Class

Students will be receiving grades for the Physical Education class. First, all students will be graded on their participation in class. Secondly, the students will be required to display good sportsmanship. The teachers and staff at Imagine School require all students to be respectful and helpful to others. We hold our students to high standards. High standards create a safe and friendly environment or learning.

Participation Grade:

Students who participate fully in class are students who try their best and come prepaired to learn. The grade you earn for particapation will make up part of your nine weeks grade. Participation is mandatory and important for your grade.

Students must wear closed toe tennis shoes to physical education class. Students who do not have proper shoes can not fully participate in class.

STUDENTS WHO CAN NOT PARTICIPATE WILL REQUIRE A NOTE FROM THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN. A NOTE THE DOCTOR IS REQUIRED FOR ANY STUDENT TO BE EXCUSED FROM P.E. FOR AN EXTENDED TIME PERIOD.

Water bottles can be used in class. Please put your name on the bottle and only drink from your bottle.

Sportsmanship Grade:

Students who consistently display good sportsmanship by being respectful and helpful to others will earn an above average grade.
